• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 pieces per design.
• Mixed designs and quantities may be discussed according to production requirements.
• All orders are confirmed after agreement on specifications, pricing, payment terms and delivery arrangements.

• Custom colors, sizes, shapes and product designs.
• Production based on reference photographs, sketches and technical specifications.
• Custom labels, branding and private-label options available.
• Traditional wet felting, needle felting, combined wet and needle felting, and felt-sheet cutting and sewing.
• Product specifications may include height, width, thickness, weight, color and finishing requirements.

Samples may be developed for evaluation before bulk production.

• Sample costs depend on design complexity, size and production requirements.
• International sample shipping is quoted separately.
• Photos or videos of completed samples may be shared for buyer approval.
• Bulk production begins after the agreed sample and specifications have been approved.

• Quotation Currency: United States Dollars (USD).
• Prices depend on product design, size, materials, complexity and order quantity.
• Approximate equivalents in other currencies may be provided upon request.
• Each quotation specifies its own validity period and applicable commercial terms.
• Shipping and any additional services are quoted separately unless otherwise stated in writing.

Hillyarn arranges international shipping according to destination, shipment size and agreed delivery terms.

• DHL Express, FedEx and other available air freight or cargo services may be quoted.
• Shipping charges are calculated according to destination, shipment weight, dimensions and selected shipping method.
• Import duties, taxes and destination customs clearance charges are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delivery terms, freight responsibilities and shipping costs are confirmed before the order is finalized.

Wholesale Payment Terms

• Orders below USD 2,500: 100% advance payment.
• Orders above USD 2,500: 50% deposit and remaining 50% before dispatch.
• Production begins after receipt of the required advance payment and completion of sample approval where applicable.

• Estimated Production Time: 21–50 days after sample approval, depending on design complexity and order quantity.
• Handmade products may have slight natural variations in size, color, shape and weight.
• Products are checked during production and before final packing.
• Special quality requirements, tolerances and finishing specifications should be agreed before production.

Buyers are requested to inspect shipments promptly upon arrival.

• Visible damage, shortages or manufacturing concerns should be reported within seven days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
• Claims are reviewed individually. Any agreed replacement, credit or other remedy depends on the circumstances and supporting evidence.
• Custom-made products are produced according to approved specifications. Returns and cancellations are subject to the terms agreed for the specific order.
• For products requiring destination-market safety testing, certification or labeling, applicable requirements and responsibilities must be agreed before production.
