By placing a wholesale order with Hillyarn, you agree to the following professional terms:
1. Ordering & Customization (OEM/ODM)
- MOQ: Standard wholesale MOQ is 50 units per design. (Trial shipment: 10тАУ20 units).
- Custom Designs: Bespoke sizes, AZO-free colors, and private labeling available.
- First Order Bonus: A 10% discount applies to your first official wholesale invoice.
2. Sample Policy
- Free Samples: We offer free samples (3тАУ5 small items) for quality evaluation.
- Courier Charges: The buyer must bear all international courier/freight charges (DHL/FedEx).
- Credit Adjustment: Sample shipping costs can be credited back toward your first bulk wholesale order.
3. Pricing & Currency
- Currency: All quotes are in USD. JPY or EUR equivalent available on request.
- Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days due to wool and freight rate fluctuations.
4. Shipping & Incoterms (FOB Kathmandu)
- FOB Kathmandu: We handle local transport to TIA Airport and all Nepal Customs export formalities.
- Freight & Duties: Buyer is responsible for international airfreight and destination import taxes.
- Door-to-Door: Express shipping via DHL/FedEx directly to your warehouse is available.
5. Payment Terms
- Methods: Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT) or Direct Bank Deposit to NIC Asia Bank, Nepal.
- Advance: 50% deposit to confirm order and start handmade production.
- Balance: Remaining 50% must be cleared before dispatch from Nepal.
6. Production & Lead Time
- Handmade: 100% handmade; slight variations (┬▒5%) in shape/color are natural.
- Timeline: Usually takes 15 to 45 days depending on volume.
7. Claims & Quality Assurance
- Inspection: Strict three-step quality check before packing.
- Claims: Report transit damage within 7 days with photo/video evidence.
- Resolution: Settled via Credit Notes or Free Replacements in the next shipment.
